Amended Section 100 of The Standard Specifications
as modified by a Thruway Contract Proposal

The Authority currently uses the Standard Specifications published by the Department of Transportation dated January 2, 2002 as modified by our Addendum, TA (03). The Authority is in the process of converting to the Department's 2006 Standard Specifications and is in the process of rewriting it's Addendum to conform to the new Standard Specifications. The new Addendum, TA (08), is scheduled to become effective in early 2008.

Contractors are required to conform to the Standard Specifications referenced in the Contract Documents, as modified by the referenced TA Addendum and other special notes included in the Contract Documents.
