Thruway Authority Announces Truck Accident on I-287 Cross Westchester Expressway

The New York State Thruway Authority has announced that due to a rollover truck accident on I-287 Cross Westchester Expressway, the left and center lanes are blocked at milepost 10.3 westbound between Exit 12 and 11.

State police and Authority Maintenance personnel are on the scene at this time.
Lanes will reopen as soon as conditions safely permit.

The Authority has activated a Dynamic Message Board and has issued a TRANSalert to subscribers to notify them of the incident and resulting delays.

The Authority appreciates motorists' patience during this time.

The Authority offers a free email service called TRANSalert to its customers via email or text messaging to inform them of major unscheduled incidents that may affect their travel on the Thruway.
